Terms and Conditions- Fibre Upgrade Voucher Promotion

  1. By entering this Fibre Upgrade Voucher Promotion (‘the Promotion’), new and existing Fibre Customers agree that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing GTT Inc (‘GTT”) Fibre Services.
  1. The promotion allows new and existing Fibre Customers to receive one (1) FREE voucher once:
    1. The Customer upgrades their current Fibre/Fibre+ plan within the promotional period; or 
    2. a new Customer applies for and gets installed any Fibre+ voice plan at their premises within the promotional period.
  1. It should be noted that these Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. 
  1. Pursuant to Clause 2, all Customers that received a free voucher will also be entered into a draw where ten (10) Customers will get the chance to each win one (1) 65” Samsung TV, at the end of the promotional period. 
  1. This Promotion is applicable from March 18th, 2024, to July 30th, 2024 (‘the promotional term’).
  1. To participate in this Promotion, Customers must:
    1. Reside in an area where Fibre service is available;
    2. Fill out and submit the Fibre application via www.gtt.co.gy/en/fibre-upgrade (New Customers Only) or via www.gtt.co.gy/en/form/modify-internet-service (Existing Fibre Customers Only); and
    3. Have the services installed within the promotional period (New Customers only).
  1. Pursuant to Clause 5, if there are multiple promotions available during the same promotional period, and the Customer is eligible for more than one promotion, the Customer must choose only one promotion. Once the Customer has chosen the promotion, the Customer is no longer eligible for any other promotions that are available at the same time.
  1. Pursuant to Clause 5, the Customer may not be eligible for this promotion if the Customer: 
    1. is an existing Fibre 600+ Voice Customer; 
    2. had the upgrade completed outside the promotional period; 
    3. downgrades to a lower plan; 
    4. signs up for Fibre+ Voice outside the promotional period and is awaiting installation; or
    5. resides in an area that does not support Fibre.
  1. The Customer further understands and agrees that upon the expiration of the promotional term, the benefits offered under this Promotion will cease in its entirety.
  1. GTT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such an event, notice will be given via GTT’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
  1. Personal data will be collected by GTT and will be processed and protected in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is published on GTT’s website. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees (and when sharing third party personal data guarantees that the relevant third party agrees) with the processing of personal data by GTT.
  1. To the extent permitted by law, GTT excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.
  1. The Terms and Conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
