We have a Blaze service disruption due to a burnt cable caused by a GPL cable.

We are experiencing a disruption in mobile, voice and DSL services in the Cove & John, East Coast Demerara area.

Voice service in the Victoria, Mahaica, Cane Grove and Unity areas is also disrupted.

Disruption is due to a power related issue.

There was a service disruption affected Blaze customers due to a GPL power line burning a GTT cable.

There have been recent reports of persons alleging to be acting on behalf of GTT, offering to collect monies to pay bills on a customer's behalf.

There is no such system in place.

Service Disruption: Farm EBD

We have a scheduled disruption of service (voice and data) on Saturday, April 18th, 2020.

The disruption is necessary to facilitate the splicing of a damaged Southern fiber at Farm EBD.

Pending favorable weather, work will commence at 00:00hrs and conclude at 20:00hrs on the above-mentioned date.

Services will be restored intermittently during this exercise.

We would like to advise our customers to be aware of scammers at all times.

There is an ongoing scam where persons are being asked to pay for care packages. Please note that the company will not ask customers to pay for COVID-19 care packages.
