We have restored services in Ogle caused by a damaged cable.

 

This damage occured during road construction being conducted on Ogle Airport Road.

Roaming Charges Waiver

During the period July to December 2019 you would have roamed with us; however, the roaming charges were not reflected on any subsequent bill due to a snafu on our part. 

This issue has been resolved and we have come to the following resolution:

  • You will receive a December bill reflecting roaming charges for July to November 2019..
  • Charges up to November 2019 will be on us (Waived).
  • Charges incurred for roaming in December 2019 will reflect on your January month’s bill
  • A grace period of one month will be allowed for payment of December’s roaming charges;  due March 10, 2020.

For 2020 we are focused on ensuring your roaming is improved and seamless. In light of the foregoing you can look forward to roaming plans to prevent bill shock, and reduced charges.
