LBI - Blaze Service Disruption

We have a disruption affecting service Blaze services in LaBonne Intention.

This disruption is due to a damaged fiber that is affecting customers in this area.

Our technicians are working to restore as soon as possible.

Planned Maintenance- All Dedicated Services/DSL- Restoration

We have completed planned maintenance for January 28, 2020 from 03:00hrs to 05:00hrs which affected all dedicated and DSL services in Timehri.

Disruption was necessary to upgrade the software on our equipment.

Important Billing Info!

Payments for Blaze and DSL services are due on the 1st of every month. There is a grace period of up to the 10th. For early payments without a bill, keep in mind the following:

Blaze

The monthly charge is fixed unless the service was recently:

  • Upgraded
  • Downgraded
  • Disconnected; or
  • Calls were made to international/mobile numbers; or
  • Monthly minutes exceeded

DSL

The monthly charge is fixed unless the service was recently:

  • Upgraded
  • Downgraded or
  • Disconnected.

 

For Upgrades & Downgrades:  Monthly rates will increase or decrease from the date of the change request.

For Disconnections:  A reconnection fee will be added to the monthly bill generated after the service was reconnected.

Blaze accounts receive monthly minutes for calls to Blaze or landline numbers. Accounts are charged for calls to blaze and landline numbers after ‘free’ minutes are exceeded.

*Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

Please note:

Bill availability and balance due is sent via email & SMS by the 5th of every month.

*100# can be dialed on any GTT number to confirm the balance especially if a payment was made during the processing of the message.

Scheduled Maintenance - Land of Canaan

We have scheduled maintenance in Land of Canaan, East Bank Demerara that will affect voice and data services on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, from 09:00 am-05:00 pm.


This is to facilitate repairs to a damaged section of GTT 600 & 100 pair distribution cable in the Land of Canaan area.


Areas that will be affected include Supply, Support, Relief, and Garden of Eden.

Ulverston, Manchester and Liverpool Berbice are- Service Disruption

GTT wishes to advise its customers in the Ulverston, Manchester and Liverpool Berbice Areas that there will be a disruption in voice and data services on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 08:00am-05:00pm.

This is to facilitate repairs to damage section of GTT 900 & 200 pairs distribution cable in the area.

Pending favorable weather, work will commence and service will be restored intermittently during this exercise.
