Prospect Blaze Outage

We have planned maintenance which will intermittently affect Blaze customers in the following areas:

 

  1. Farm
  2. Bougainvillea scheme
  3. Covent Garden
  4. Prospect
  5. Great Diamond
  6. Little Diamond

 

This maintenance is to facilitate the placement of  Blaze cables damaged by fire. Maintenance will occur on November 20 – 23. Given favourable work conditions, maintenance should not exceed the date mentioned above. We thank you for your understanding at this time.

Planned Maintenance

We have a planned maintenance activity on 19th November 2019 from 02:00hrs to 03:00hrs. During this time Mobile services, DSL and Blaze services will be unavailable. This activity is necessary for system upgrades. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Temporary Blaze Outage

As a result of a GPL pole planting exercise, a high voltage cable burnt a GTT cable resulting in the degradation of service in certain areas. GTT has now had to extend the reach of this outage to facilitate a full restoration.

 

Please take note that the following areas will be without Blaze service from 15:00hrs on 15th November 2019 to 00:00hrs on 16th November 2019:

We are experiencing a DSL and Landline outage in your area due to a vehicular accident at Windsor Forest WCD. This accident has resulted in damage to our cable providing service to your home.
