Sales Lead, Business Solutions

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Sales Lead, Business Solutions to be attached to the Business Solutions Department.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Economics.
  • 5+ years’ of related experience or training in Fixed Services.
  • Strong, proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent networking & relationship building abilities.
Accountability Objectives: 

The incumbent is responsible for creating the right environment to promote aggressive sale growth and to pursue new opportunities in the B2B space. This role ensures there is always support for sales officers to deliver on sales results and key performance indicators.

Major Duties: 
  • Empower the team, direct sales activities and staff through effective coaching , supporting, and strategically participating in all stages of the sales process.
  • Be a sales leader, Leverage salesforce (CRM) and such tools to execute business and sales plans.
  • Drive revenue, Attain sales goals and growth by establishing sales objectives, creating revenue forecasts and developing the annual business plan. Prioritize accounts and establish meaningful meaningful sales strategies for individual account portfolios.
  • Networking, Organize or participate in activities , conferences, information seminars and community  events to help promote the company’s business program.
