Marketing Communications Manager

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Marketing Communications Manager.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, communications preferred; and 9+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in the English Language and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated skills in Budget Development and P&L Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accountability Objectives: 

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of communication, creative direction and public relations of marketing projects and objectives.

Major Duties: 
  • Own the standards, tone, voice, personality and look and feel of the brand.
  • Support the development of the strategy, objectives, goals and tactics supporting that brand use in the market.
  • Own and manage all the content created, collected, and used by the company in all of its activities in the market.
  • Responsible for development of all customer communication. Manage all creative resources used by the organization used in the support of the brand, sales and marketing activities, public relations and internal communication
  • Define and own the creative direction of the company.
  • Manage the communications agencies being used by the company, both PR and creative.
  • Own the concept, design, construction and implementation of all internal and external campaigns and promotional activity and will manage the creative resources to develop the same
