Our promise to you, our Blaze customers, is clear.

Should we fall short, we'll pay you!

As of Feburary 1st 2020, for any new incident, defined as a failure on our part to deliver on any of the promises below, we will offer a rebate of up to $2,000.

If we break our promise, YOU can bill us. How’s that for turning a new leaf?

It’s a Blazing new level of service from us to you.

The process is simple. For any incident occuring as of February 1, 2020:

  1. Submit a claim within seven (7) days of the incident here.
  2. Once we have verified your claim, we will notify you via email.
  3. The rebate will be applied to your account within two (2) bill cycles.
