Management changes at the Company

The managerial structure of the Company will over the next few weeks experience several changes with the retirement, resignation and transfer of senior functionaries. DGM/PC Mr. Terry Holder retires with effect from November 1, 2007, but will however remain with the Company on a contractual basis.

Others retiring include Director, Technical Operations, Mr. Leroy Thomas who will end his tenure with the Company with effect from December 1, 2007, Ms. Norma Taylor, Manager, Call Centre, who leaves the Company on November 1, 2007, and Mr. Hugo Field, Manager, Network Management who will bow out on December 1, 2007.

The Company is also set to see the departure of Mr. Michael George, Director, Marketing and Sales, who is proceeding on pre-resignation leave with effect from November 5, 2007, but he would remain available to ensure a smooth transition within the Marketing Department.

Mr. Wystan Robertson, Director, Management Information Systems, will effective November 1, 2007, be transferred to the Marketing and Sales Division and will perform the duties of Director, Marketing and Sales.

As a consequence Mr. Michael Morgan, Consultant with MIS Division is to be seconded to oversee the operations of that Division for the next six months, with effect from November 1, 2007.

Mr. Shaka Dow, Specialist, MIS, will from November 1, 2007, be appointed on a contractual basis to that department.
